2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland; servers are located in Switzerland. Switzerland benefits from an EU adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). When you visit the site, the host automatically processes standard server-log data transmitted by your browser (IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type). This serves reliable and secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); logs are routinely deleted by the host, typically within a few weeks.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website itself sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and embeds no fonts, scripts or media from third-party servers while you browse.
4. Checkout via Freemius
If you choose to buy a paid plan, the checkout is provided by Freemius, Inc. (merchant of record). The checkout script is loaded from Freemius servers only when you click a purchase button, and Freemius then processes the data required for the purchase (such as name, e-mail, payment and billing details) as an independent controller. 5. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide (address, message content) to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it once the request is settled and no statutory retention duties apply.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77) — for us, the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
